Andrea Navedo, an American writer and actress. She started her career with the soaps of daytime like One Life to Live and Guiding Light and in later seasons, had various support roles on primetime TV. Andrea Navedo, an American actor and singer, was born on the streets of The Bronx New York United States 10th October 1977. Navedo first began acting professionally in daytime dramas. She starred in the ABC soap show One Life to Live as Linda Soto from 1995 to 1997. She was cast in Guiding Light, a CBS soap-opera on CBS from 1999 until 2000. She played Theresa Sandoval. In 1996 she had only a small role of Girl 6 and then went on to appear in New York Undercover. Navedo first made her debut in film in the film Girl 6 (1996), then starred in a number of episodes of New york Undercover as well as The District. Navedo starred in NBC's crime drama Law & Order for a recurring part as Detective Ana Cordova between 2001 and 2004. In the following years, he was a part of Law & Order: Criminal Intent Damages as well as Blue Bloods. Navedo has also been in numerous films, including El Cantante and Remember Me.
